Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: By commissioning me you acknowledge that you are of age to own and view adult/NC-17 material. (Means you must be 18 or older)Violation for any of the following terms will lead to public blacklisting.

GENERAL:
✦ Do not use any of my work, personal or commissioned, as NFTs. You also may not use my work to advertise or promote anything relating to cryptocurrency.✦ Do not use any of my work, personal or commissioned, for AI generation. You also may not use my work to advertise or promote anything relating to AI.✦ Commissioned art must not be used to promote bigotry and hate speech of any kind.✦ You must provide a clear reference sheet. Or pictures of your character Important details should be included in your form: I am not at fault for any missing details that were not made clear to me.✦ I will not work with only text-based references of your character unless it is a Custom design.✦ I reserve the right to reject your commission without having to justify myself.✦ If my commission slots are full, you’ll be put on a waitlist that’ll move up into the slots once there’s more space (either by finishing a commission or the commissioner not paying in time), it’ll just take a while for me to get to it.✦ I usually don’t need long to finish a commission – depending on the complexity of it, of course – but if I take a little longer, please don’t be upset as I’ve got many real-life things to attend to.✦ Once I’m done, you’re free to upload the finished piece anywhere with proper artist credit.

PAYMENTS / REFUNDS✦ PayPal only✦ After I accepted your commission, then pay afterwards~
I'll start the commission after the payment.✦ Payments not made within 3 business days, unless discussed and agreed otherwise,will put you at the bottom of future lists. I am reliable with my work; you should be reliable when making.✦ Refunds are not possible anymore after you agreed on a sketch and paid; unless I have failed to complete your commission by its guaranteed delivery date. (See general rules)✦ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason I will notify you to either discuss alternatives or preemptively issue a refund.✦ Filing a Chargeback / Refund without discussing with me prior will lead to an immediate public blacklisting.

REVISIONS✦ I will send multiple sketches to see if you are fine with the result.✦ You are free to ask for any alterations during the Sketch phase.✦ Large revisions or alterations will not be accepted after this point. You may request a minor changes such as color adjustments.✦ You may not alter my artwork on your own.

DEADLINES AND RUSH ORDERS✦ My turnaround time is anywhere from a day to 5 months, depending on request and my IRL Situation. Sketches are done quickly regardless of waitlist ; larger commissions will almost always take at least a month.✦ If you have a strict upcoming deadline you will be charged a rush order fee accordingly.✦ If you realize you need your commission completed sooner than previously discussed, you may be charged a rush fee accordingly.

USE
✦ Commissions from me are for personal usage only unless a commercial fee has been discussed and paid.✦ You must always credit me for my work when posting on social media ( ex: as your icon/banner/header etc )
